The second phase improvement project of Haixiang Avenue is invested and constructed by Xiamen Baicheng Construction Investment Co., Ltd. It starts from Haicang Fulian Road (Zhangzhou border) and ends at Xiangan Xiangshan (Quanzhou border), the route is about 46.1 kilometers long, and the main line design speed is 80km per hour /h, mainly through measures such as widening the road subgrade, adding auxiliary roads and sidewalks, laying municipal pipelines, improving pedestrian crossings and traffic facilities along the line, and handling major intersections to fly over and improve it into an urban expressway. The second-phase improvement project of Haixiang Avenue (Qiongtou-Xiangshan section) has a total length of 6.671 kilometers and a road width of 54 meters. It will be renovated according to the urban expressway standard, and new overpass bridges, Haicao bridges and auxiliary roads will be built along the line.海翔大道二期完善工程由厦门百城建设投资有限公司投资建设，起于海沧孚莲路（漳州边界），终于翔安香山（泉州边界），路线长约46.1公里，主线设计时速为80km/h，主要通过拓宽道路路基、增设辅道和人行道、敷设市政管线、完善人行过街通道及沿线交通设施，并对主要交叉口进行立交处理等措施，将其提升完善为城市快速路。海翔大道二期完善工程（琼头-香山段）全长6.671公里，路幅宽度54米，按照城市快速路标准进行改造，沿线新建跨线桥、海漕桥及辅道。
