    近日,厦门第二东通道工程预制场开始首件墩台施工,现场施工人员有条不紊地安装模版、搭设钢筋。

   Xiamen Second East Corridor Project is a provincial key project. Its sea-crossing bridge section follows the construction concept of "factory, large-scale, standardized, and assembled". The substructure adopts large-scale prefabricated piers. It is the second cross-sea bridge project in China and the first in our province that adopts the vertical dry joint matching prefabrication method. Among them, the prefabrication of piers and abutments is the key process of the entire project. A total of 35 prefabricated piers and abutments are required, divided into 83 components, and the prefabrication period is 18 months.
     厦门第二东通道工程为省重点项目,其跨海桥梁段遵循“工厂化、大型化、标准化、装配化”的建设理念,下部结构采用装配式大型预制墩台,是除港珠澳大桥外国内第二个、我省首个采用竖向干接缝匹配预制工法的跨海桥梁项目。其中,墩台预制为整个项目的关键工序,共需预制墩台35座,分为83个构件,预制工期为18个月。
